Join our talented team as a UX/UI Designer and create meaningful digital experiences! At UX studio, you’ll be able to collaborate with international brands from all over the world, from industry giants to innovative startups in diverse fields.
What you bring
You have experience with prototyping and design tools, and know when to use the right method for the job.
You have experience designing mobile and web applications while keeping current design trends in mind.
You pay strong attention to detail and have a sharp eye for aesthetics.
You are not afraid of making decisions at any point in a project.
You are eager to learn, grow, and push yourself to level up your skills.
You enjoy collaborating, exchanging ideas, learning from others, and sharing your knowledge with the team.
You have great communication skills and are fluent in English.
You live in Hungary, and could come in 2 days per week to our Budapest office.
What you’ll do:
Coming up with innovative ideas and solutions to real-life problems in close collaboration with the team.
Sketch, wireframe, and prototype to bring concepts to life.
Turn requirements into pixel-perfect UI, style guides, design patterns, and design systems.
Stay on top of industry trends and help us use the latest best practices.
Collaborating with our research team.
Maintain clear and smooth communication with clients.
Leading and facilitating workshops to boost collaboration with client teams.
Managing smooth project handovers to clients and developers.
Skills
At least 2 years of experience designing digital products or platforms, ideally in a tech, startup, or creative agency environment.
UX thinking — ability to translate user needs into intuitive flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
A good eye for clean, balanced design — you get how layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy all work together.
Experience collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams.
Understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility.
You have either used design systems and reusable components before or have a good understanding of them.
Comfortable writing case studies, UX documentation, or public posts (e.g., blog, LinkedIn).
Can write about process, challenges, and rationale to showcase design thinking
Familiarity with basic user research methods.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
You work well independently, but you’re also great at taking feedback and keeping others in the loop.

Introductory chat
You will have a short informal chat with Bia, and talk about you and your experience. She will tell you more about UX studio, and you’ll also have the chance to ask questions you may have.

Challenge
We will ask you to work on a challenge related to your position. You will have one week to work on it. This task is solely for the purpose of measuring your skillset, and we always give feedback on your work.

Final interview
We evaluate the challenges and invite the most successful applicants to a final interview, where you’ll have a chat with our Leaders and colleagues who evaluated your challenge.

Decision
After the final interviews we make a decision who will we make an offer to. No matter the decision, each candidate receives a personalized feedback and an update of the outcome.
