Why Join us?
We’re looking for an SEO and Content Specialist to take ownership of UXfolio’s content strategy and organic growth. UXfolio is a website builder with a clear mission: help junior UX designers build lovable UX portfolios that turn their career dreams into reality.
You’ll be contributing to this mission as part of a small team, consisting of three exceptional product designers, four exceptional developers, a growth marketer, and a determined product lead. Together, we cultivate a supportive and open-minded environment that celebrates uniqueness, efficiency, and drive.

What you bring
At least 2-3 years of marketing experience (ideally in SEO or content marketing).
Great communication skills and fluent English.
Solid understanding of on-page SEO, content architecture, and keyword intent.
Exceptional, demonstrable long- and short-form writing skills.
Awareness of how LLMs choose sources and how to influence brand visibility in their outputs.
The ability to create clear, comprehensive marketing reports.
A data-driven mindset when it comes to strategic decisions.
A determination to experiment, measure, and iterate until necessary.
Strong time and task management and the ability to work independently.
Experience with PPC isn’t necessary but a welcome plus.
What you’ll do
Own and execute the SEO strategy for UXfolio, including content planning, keyword research, conversion optimization, and technical SEO.
Create, manage, and optimize long-form articles, landing pages, and microcopy aligned with both user needs and search intent.
Conduct ongoing content audits to improve performance, update outdated pages, and identify gaps and opportunities.
Strategize and optimize content to increase visibility in AI-generated answers, including securing high-authority brand mentions, creating source-worthy content, and aligning with how LLMs retrieve and prioritize information.
Track and report organic performance using tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, and Google Search Console to drive smart, data-based decisions.
Monitor competitors and stay ahead of trends in UX, design education, and SEO.
Manage our marketing automation, newsletters, and release notes.
Tools we use: Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Clarity, Drip, WordPress, Ahrefs, and SemRush.

We will ask you to work on a challenge related to your position. You will have one week to work on it. This task is solely for the purpose of measuring your skillset, and we always give feedback on your work.

Final interview
We evaluate the challenges and invite the most successful applicants to a final interview, where you’ll have a chat with our Leaders and colleagues who evaluated your challenge.

Decision
After the final interviews we make a decision who will we make an offer to. No matter the decision, each candidate receives a personalized feedback and an update of the outcome.
