Are you a natural problem solver with a passion for UX? We are looking for a Junior Product Designer who has the right mindset and a foundation in design to join us. You have experience in either designing mobile or web applications.

You have great communication skills and are fluent in both English and Hungarian, you can defend design decisions.
You are curious about the evolving AI landscape and enjoy experimenting with new tools to optimize your design process.
You live in Hungary, and could come in twice per week to our Budapest office. Please note that at this time we can only accommodate relocation within the EU, thank you for understanding!
What you’ll do
You’ll be integrated into active projects, contributing to real-world UI and UX tasks.
Improve proficiency in Figma, prototyping, and AI-optimized workflows.
Learn to create pixel-perfect UI, style guides, and scalable design systems, ready to be developed.
Collaborate with our research team to turn user needs into wireframes and flows.
Move from sketching ideas to facilitating client workshops and managing smooth developer handovers.
Take feedback from the team and clients to refine designs through multiple rounds of iteration.
Skills
Some experience in mobile or web design.
Understanding of responsive design and basic UI principles.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
Comfortable writing case studies, UX documentation, or public posts.
Job requirements

Introductory chat
You will have a short informal chat with Bia, and talk about you and your experience. She will tell you more about UX studio, and you’ll also have the chance to ask questions you may have.

Challenge
We will ask you to work on a challenge related to your position. You will have one week to work on it. This task is solely for the purpose of measuring your skillset, and we always give feedback on your work.

Final interview
We evaluate the challenges and invite the most successful applicants to a final interview, where you’ll have a chat with our Leaders and colleagues who evaluated your challenge.

Decision
After the final interviews we make a decision who will we make an offer to. No matter the decision, each candidate receives a personalized feedback and an update of the outcome.
