Growth Marketing Manager (Content)
- Hybrid
- Budapest, Budapest, Hungary
Job description
Why join us:
We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to take full ownership of UXfolio's content and organic growth. UXfolio is a portfolio builder with a clear mission: help junior UX designers build portfolios that turn their career dreams into reality.
You’ll be contributing to this mission as part of a small team, consisting of two product designers, two developers, a product marketer, and a product lead. Together, we cultivate a supportive and open-minded environment that celebrates uniqueness, efficiency, and drive.
Our work and product strategy are guided by four core values: easy – we reject overcomplication; different – we think outside the box; delightful – we go beyond just getting it done; and stable – we build things that last.
This is a hybrid position with 2 office days per week in Budapest. We welcome applicants from anywhere in the world, but relocation to Hungary is required.
What you bring:
At least 2–3 years of experience in content marketing or growth marketing.
Great communication skills and fluent English.
A data-driven mindset: you back proposals with research, data, and analytics, and you know when the numbers don't support a direction.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMRush, and WordPress.
Strong visual taste: you have an eye for what looks good, you know what's trending in design and portfolios, and you can give clear, useful feedback on visuals.
Solid understanding of how content, SEO, conversion, and organic growth work together.
Exceptional, demonstrable long- and short-form writing skills.
Awareness of how LLMs choose sources and how to influence brand visibility in their outputs.
The ability to create clear, comprehensive marketing reports.
A determination to experiment, measure, and iterate until necessary.
Strong time and task management and the ability to work independently.
What you’ll do:
Own content strategy across channels, including landing pages, long-form articles, microcopy, newsletters, and social media, ensuring a consistent, compelling voice.
Conduct ongoing content audits of our website and organic presence to identify new opportunities backed by data.
Execute the SEO strategy end-to-end: content planning, copywriting, on-page optimization, and technical SEO.
Strategize and optimize content to increase visibility in AI-generated answers, including securing high-authority brand mentions, creating source-worthy content, and aligning with how LLMs retrieve and prioritize information.
Manage our marketing automation and newsletters.
Track and report performance using Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console — turning data into clear, actionable recommendations.
Monitor competitors and stay ahead of trends in UX design and design education.
Tools we use: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Clarity, Drip, WordPress, Figma, Ahrefs, and SemRush.
