Job description
You will become a member of our dedicated 50-person design studio. You will help us with managing the office and keeping the back-office running smoothly, so our Designers and Researchers can work wonders with international brands from all over the world, including world-famous enterprises, such as Google or Netflix, as well as exciting startups from various industries.
What you bring:
You have great communication skills and are fluent in both English and Hungarian.
You love to keep things organized, and you pay attention to detail.
You have excellent time management skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
You can work individually and solve problems on your own with your can-do attitude.
You can use Excel, Google Docs, and Google Sheets, and have ideas on how to improve our work.
You are ready to find solutions on your own if you don’t know something.
You are ready to help the team with the paperwork and ad hoc requests, so they can focus on their job.
What you’ll do:
Managing our purchases of office supplies, stationery, and work equipment.
Being the first point of contact for building management, cleaners, suppliers, and being present for deliveries.
Arranging for any office and equipment-related repairs and maintenance, including our Macbook computers.
Helping in event organization, such as retreats and Christmas dinners.
Managing incentives, software subscriptions, and the company inventory.
Handling invoices, documents, printing and scanning.
Tracking and managing internal contract modifications.
Managing Google Workspace software settings and accesses.
Arranging business travels, if needed.
Helping the team with paperwork and other ad hoc or seasonal admin tasks.
Please note that due to the nature of the tasks, this is a fully on-site position in our Budapest office.
Job requirements
Previous office and/or admin experience is an advanatage.

You will have a short informal chat with Bia, and talk about you and your experience. She will tell you more about UX studio, and you’ll also have the chance to ask questions you may have.

Challenge
We will ask you to work on a challenge related to your position. You will have one week to work on it. This task is solely for the purpose of measuring your skillset, and we always give feedback on your work.

Final interview
We evaluate the challenges and invite the most successful applicants to a final interview, where you’ll have a chat with our Leaders and colleagues who evaluated your challenge.

Decision
After the final interviews we make a decision who will we make an offer to. No matter the decision, each candidate receives a personalized feedback and an update of the outcome.
